Refund Policy
At Nature’s Child Body Essentials, your safety and satisfaction are important to us.
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, including body butters, soaps, and scrubs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or delivered.
Damage in Transit
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging may be required. Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a store credit for the affected item(s).
Store Credit
Approved store credit can be used toward a future purchase and has no cash value. Store credit is issued at our discretion and cannot be transferred.
